This PAIA Manual has been prepared in compliance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”). The purpose of PAIA is to promote transparency, accountability, and effective governance by empowering individuals to request access to records held by public and private bodies.

The following records are available without the need to submit a formal PAIA request:

- Marketing material and service descriptions
- General company information voluntarily disclosed
5. Records Held by TrueVoice Communications
TrueVoice may hold records relating to the following categories:

Access to these records is subject to applicable legislation and may be refused in terms of PAIA.
6. Records Held in Terms of Other Legislation
TrueVoice holds records in accordance with, but not limited to, the following legislation:

- Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 75 of 1997 (where applicable)

7. Request Procedure
Any person who requires access to records held by TrueVoice must submit a written request.

- Full name and contact details of the requester
- A clear description of the record requested
- The reason for the request (if required)
- Proof of identity where applicable
TrueVoice will respond within the timeframes prescribed by PAIA.
8. Grounds for Refusal of Access
Access to records may be refused on grounds set out in PAIA, including but not limited to:
- Protection of personal information of third parties
- Confidential commercial information
- Legal privilege
- Information that could compromise security or proprietary systems
9. Availability of the Manual
This PAIA Manual is available:
- On request from TrueVoice Communications
- As required by South African law
10. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)
TrueVoice processes personal information in accordance with POPIA. Appropriate safeguards are in place to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

11. Amendment of the Manual
TrueVoice reserves the right to update this PAIA Manual from time to time. Any amendments will be made available upon request.
